Taking tyres further through ...
... Call Management
Bandvulc has its own 24-7-365 call centre based at the headquarters in Devon. Calls are handled by our own staff who are experienced in the field of truck tyres.
Our average time to answer a call to-date is 7 seconds and each call is monitored through voice recording and deadlines are set for job completion. Our call centre handles 4,800 calls per week and we have the ability to use any approved service provider. Our operator maintains constant contact with your driver until the job and all paperwork is complete.

... Fleet Management
Once a fitter has completed a job sheet, it is faxed to BTC (Bandvulc Tyre Contracts), our tyre management centre, and all details are recorded against the vehicle history in BTC's database. Any anomalies such as mileage, premature removal and poor husbandry will be queried by our operators. When the operator is satisfied that the information is accurate and complete the job sheet data is then processed. A monthly LGV report is then prepared for the customer. For hire fleets we can supply daily a recharge report for damaged tyres.
Our KPI management system provides monthly statistics showing tyre fitment, fleet surveys, call outs and casing information.
Selected large fleets are now able to benefit from Bandvulc's total tyre management. Bandvulc's independence means that a distribution network and tyre policy can be selected to suit each customer's individual needs. Invoices can be on a one per depot per month basis and tyres costed by vehicle.

Can you manage without us?
Managing your information

Many customers now use Bandvulc's KPI management system which presents monthly statistics from casing returns, tyre fitments, fleet surveys, call outs etc. on one easy-to-read spreadsheet for engineers and accountants alike.
Managing your Casings

Worn out tyres, or 'casings' as they are called in the industry, hold a large amount of information about the life of the tyre and the conditions in which it has been working. Bandvulc's
CCC system gives you in depth management information about the casing and whether or not the tyre has completed its useful life. Vehicle problems such as axle misalignment and irregular braking can also be extrapolated from the Bandvulc
CCC reporting system.
Bandvulc will undertake managing the reporting of tyre performances throughout a customers fleet. This is achieved by using Bandvulc's fleet tyre monitoring team together with Bandvulc's bespoke monitoring database which gives tyre performances right down to each wheel position.
Managing your Environmental commitments
'If you produce waste tyres you have a legal and social responsibility over their disposal'
(Environment Agency)
Bandvulc has a policy of not only meeting, managing and fulfilling all the legal requirements needed to handle and process your old tyres but is also constantly seeking new avenues to recycle them as a raw material for other products and energy supply.
