Bandvulc Tyres and Bandvulc Tyre Contracts (BTC) have added the Tesco Republic of Ireland operations to its already established UK activity.

The arrangement sees the ROI fleet adapting the UK’s tyre policy and is a ‘mirror’ of the process which has been so successful for Tesco.  BTC will manage the contract in full and will utilise its own in-house 24/7/365 call centre facility.  The Tyre Support Unit is one of only two tyre telephone support units in the UK to be manned by its own fully trained staff.  All others are generic help desks used by a number of other manufacturers. 

Bandvulc now has a firm rooting across the Irish Sea and intends expanding its services to all clients operating in the UK who have distribution networks in the Republic of Ireland.
