All rubber compounds are manufactured in-house by Devon Rubber.  This means that Bandvulc has complete control over the compound quality and can also develop specialist rubber compounds for individual applications.  

In addition to specialised rubber production, extensive testing and formulation is undertaken using MDR and NDR Rheometers. 

Devon Rubber began in 1980 and now employs 13 staff producing the region of 3,360 tonnes per annum.
