BTC Fleet Management

Adopting the latest technology and training, Bandvulc Tyre Contracts is a leading provider of out-sourced fleet management providing bespoke packages to clients' requirements.

  • Details of work completed are submitted to BTC via job sheets for authorisation.

  • Information is recorded in BTC's web based database which customers can access via a log in to view current and historic vehicle data. 

  • Any anomalies such as mileage, premature removal and poor husbandry are queried by our team prior to authorisation.

  • Specific policies are validated by our systems and upon final authorisation payment is made to the service provider for goods and services supplied.

  • Tailored reports designed to customers' specific requirements together with KPI management information are prepared highlighting fitment, husbandry, callouts and casing information.

  • Bandvulc's in -house call centre, Tyre Support Unit (TSU), operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from our headquarters in Devon.

  • Calls are handled by highly experienced staff ensuring best ETA and policy fitment adherence.

  • Our bespoke web based software and mapping facilities -Galahad - ensures a speedy response minimising vehicle down time and enabling selection of the preferred service provider for a particular contract.

  • Online access enables customers to log in and view the status of their breakdowns in real time.

  • Our team handles up to 5,000 calls a week, deploying jobs to our UK and European-wide network of tyre fitters.

  • Team members are multi-lingual and highly knowledgeable in the field of truck tyres.

    Disaster Recovery Management

  • Alongside state-of-the-art telephony and software Bandvulc's robust IT infrastructure enables virtualisation on servers and IT equipment across the Group combined with a complete offsite disaster recovery facility.

    • In the event of a major disaster, BTC and TSU can seamlessly move operations to our secondary call/admin centre located offsite to ensure that tyre management services are uninterrupted.   

  • Live data transfers take place between the two locations with measures in place to ensure any problems encountered such as telephone network failure, external power failure etc., do not compromise performance or quality of service.
