Bandvulc were early pioneers of ultrasonic testing which is fully integrated into our production lines. Surface profiling using laser technology is under active investigation whilst advanced rapid prototyping techniques are now established as an essential aid to our new tyre design process.
Advanced information technology systems are employed to track casings through their lives and provide detailed KPI information for large fleet operators whilst electronic tagging and telematics are currently undergoing field trials.
