Bandvulc Tyres   operates at the forefront of tyre technology using the best available machines and quality control systems to provide the product with the highest reliability obtainable.  To maintain this quality, rubber compounding is carried out in a sister company  Devon Rubber  and the whole manufacturing process is operated to ISO9002 and to the new European E2 standard for reconstructed tyres ECE109.

The company operates across the whole of the UK and Ireland and is successfully penetrating the European market by supplying products to customers as far afield as Sweden, Germany and Malta.  Bandvulc's fleet of vehicles deliver and collect tyres and casings all of which are inspected and reported and its depot in Wigan, which was built just over two years ago to improve distribution, management and sales, underwent further extension work in 2005 in order to increase capacity for deliveries to the north and Scotland.

All casings are tracked throughout their working lives and a full range of tyre management, fleet management and telephone support services, provided by Bandvulc Tyre Contracts, includes detailed reports to ensure high performance at the lowest possible pence per kilometre. With tyre management becoming a complex issue for fleet managers, the introduction of BTC some four years ago proved timely This stand alone company provides a total tyre management package that reports tyre performance and financial information back to the end user.  Its aim is to deliver real cost and time savings whilst ensuring accountability, best practice and value for money is being achieved.  BTC now manages some 65,000 vehicles, which equates to ¼million wheels and demand is still growing. Bandvulc has a rapidly expanding blue chip client base that includes many household names such as Sainsbury's, TNT Logistics, Tesco, and UPS.  Over 200 Councils also utilise Bandvulc's tyres.
